I am a Christian. I spent a significant part of my life as a missionary and/or volunteer worker in Latin America. My social, political and economic views are not in line with mainstream so-called conservative Christian movements.
I am a father and a grandfather. My wife and I were married in 1975. We are a wonderfully matched couple and are very much in love. As the Spanish saying goes, “Nacimos para amarnos.”
I am a software engineer living in San Diego, California. My areas of expertise include web application design and development, general user interface design, and a smattering of iPhone development. Over the past 10 years or so I have been working professionally with Java, JSP, JEE, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, XSL, SOAP, Spring, and Hibernate, plus various other technologies as needed.
